Degree Bound: Degree Bound

I am having difficulty learning this whole blog thing. That's the main reason I dropped this class last term. My techno ability is evidently zippo!! Ha Ha!! I am truly trying.
I write for the local newspaper and need this class desperately. I know newpaper articles are a little different from professional class writings. I have to admit I unknowingly plagerized some in a couple of articles just from not the proper paraphrasing and that is embarressing to me, now that I am learning the proper way of handling it. For a novice writer, I can't wait to hone my skills for a more professional look and read.
I know giving credit where credit is due is so important and the last thing I want to do is take credit for someone else's work.
I see the importance of proper research and the development process of a thesis statement. I discovered just because you have a great idea for a paper some topics just do not have enough research to back them up.
